RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES GUIDELINES
All items are FINAL SALE. Due to the nature of the business, all items are made to order, and we are unable to process returns, exchanges, or provide store credit for any standard items.
Please Note: Returns and exchanges only apply for faulty or damaged unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise. Returns received after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund of any kind and will be discarded upon receipt.
Items approved for a return will receive store credit upon receipt of the return. Exchanges can be processed immediately upon approval of return.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM:
- Send us an email at info@vintagejamaicatshirts.com
- Make the subject field "Returning an Item"
- Please provide your full name and order number and date of purchase
- Please provide the reason for returning
We will then send you an email back with a shipping label that you can print.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds/Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your account will be credited within 5 business days.
